Wine Locker
I ACKNOWLEDGE the terms, requirements, obligations, and privileges of obtaining an Alcona Brew Haus Wine Locker and agree to abide by all obligations set out below. I understand these obligations and privileges may be amended or modified at any time by Alcona Brew Haus. Alcona Brew Haus will give me notice of any modifications and I will have 30 days to terminate this rental agreement after such notice. If I do not terminate my rental agreement, I will continue to accept all the modified obligations and privilege changes.  TERMS:

1. Alcona Brew Haus hereby agrees to rent a “Wine Locker” for the sole purpose of storing wine. Each locker holds 9 standard size bottles. Lockers are not temperature or humidity controlled.  If you call ahead, we are happy to chill your wine to be ready for your arrival and dining experience.
2. All wine locker holders must be 21 or older.
3. A personalized name plate along with a wine locker e-card will identify your locker.
4. The key to your wine locker will be kept by Alcona Brew Haus.
5. Only wine locker card holders will have access to the wine locker.
6. Locker sharing is not permitted.
7. You agree to pay a corkage fee in the amount of $10
8. Locker rental will begin on the day of this agreement and will continue for one full year at a rate of $100 per year. Locker rental must be renewed annually.  Credit card refunds will result in a $30 administration fee.
9. Alcona Brew Haus will charge the full amount of the annual locker rental fee at the beginning of the first term of this rental and at the beginning of any renewal term.
10. Locker holder’s contents will be removed at the expiration or earlier termination of the term. Alcona Brew Haus may remove the contents of any Locker on which the term has expired, for nonpayment, or this agreement has been terminated.
11. All wine stored in a wine locker, whether brought from your personal collection or purchased from Alcona Brew Haus, is stored at your own risk. Alcona Brew Haus is not responsible for and specifically waives any liability for broken or damaged bottles, spoiled wine or any and all other claims unless such damage is the direct result of the willful conduct of Alcona Brew Haus or its employees. In such case, Alcona Brew Haus will reimburse you for the value determined by our wine distributor.
12. Alcona Brew Haus reserves the right to revoke lockers at any time.
13. Alcona Brew Haus may terminate this agreement on written notice if the locker holder fails or refuses to comply with this agreement.
14. I acknowledge and agree that the assigned locker shall be used only for the purpose of storing bottled wines for personal consumption. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in the termination of this agreement by Alcona Brew Haus. I accept all risks associated with the use of the locker.

RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS: Lockers shall be available for rent annually and must be renewed. It is the locker holder’s responsibility to provide current contact information to Alcona Brew Haus. If renewal payment is not received within 14 days after the renewal billing, the locker will be re-assigned and the contents will be removed and disposed of.  TERMINATION OF RENTAL: Cancellation must be done online through your account.  There is no refund.
